| Mr. Harris, former CEO of PayPal and Intuit, led companies that are now household names in e-commerce and personal finance technology. He has founded several successful technology and finance ventures, including PassMark Security (subsequently sold to RSA), and Personal Capital, an early-stage financial services firm. He was formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager of Intuit's Consumer Division, where he managed the world's best-selling personal finance and tax preparation software products, Quicken and TurboTax. As Vice President, New Products at Charles Schwab & Co, he was instrumental in the development of the online trading industry. He is a former Board member of Mint.com (subsequently acquired by Intuit) and serves on the Boards of TrackVia, WePay, BillFloat, and Practice Fusion. |

| Mr. Scheinman has a proven knack for discovering and growing innovative ideas. Prior to Maven Ventures, he served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Charles River Ventures focused on web 2.0 portfolio companies. A pioneer of the social networking phenomenon, he led business development and sales at Friendster, the first social networking site. Scheinman joined the co-founders of Bebo as the first employee and a Bebo Board member in 2005. He was integral in launching the site, leading the strategy and its eventual sale to AOL for $850M in 2008. Jim was a corporate and intellectual property lawyer at a leading Silicon Valley firm, before he ventured into Internet startups.
