Is Pageonce safe?

Yes, Pageonce is safe. We do not have access to any of your personal information, usernames or passwords. We simply serve as the platform for you to access your accounts.

Pageonce adheres to the highest standards in security in order to keep your data private and secure.

All your data is encrypted with a 256-bit encryption level and the data exchanged with Pageonce.com is encrypted with 128-bit SSL in order to create a highly protected connection between users and Pageonce.com's servers. How safe and secure are the passwords I store in Pageonce?

For security purposes, Pageonce disables the auto login option for all the financial institutions it supports. Additionally, all credential information is highly encrypted and remains in a closed system which means no one, including our own employees can decrypt the password. Pageonce has the ability to save a password or delete it, but we can never read one.

Why does Pageonce need my bank login information?

Pageonce needs your online banking username and password so that we can help you manage and oversee your accounts. This information enables us to establish a secure connection with your online finance accounts.

What happens if I lose my smartphone?

If you ever lose your smartphone, you can use our "Remote Data Destruct" feature via your account at www.pageonce.com to disable the access of any account information from the missing device. To do this, simply log in to the Pageonce web application, go to "Settings" then to "Delete My Account". This will remove the Pageonce account associated with your smartphone immediately and permanently so that no one can access your data.

What if someone obtains my Pageonce login information, can they access my accounts and make any transactions?

Like any passwords, it is important to keep your Pageonce login information a secret. Your user names and passwords are never displayed after you enter them during the setup process and we offer additional security features - like a PIN-lock - to help keep your protected. You can remove mobile access to your account, change your password, or delete the account entirely by logging on to your account at www.pageonce.com.

What happens to my data if I delete accounts linked to Pageonce?

Once you delete an account in Pageonce, the information is wiped clean from our server forever and rendered completely unusable even in the event of a compromise.

Does Pageonce do anything to protect me against identity theft?

Pageonce will help you identify and avoid identity theft. The Pageonce event feeds that you see in your account help to identify any unusual activity in any of your accounts. You can easily review these on a daily basis and respond to them as needed. In addition, Pageonce accesses and manages all the accounts you connect to it, thus reducing the risk of being involved in any phishing incidents where someone may be attempting to fraudulently access one of your online accounts.

I can't add my Bank of America Account.

If you can't add your Bank of America account, chances are you are using the Safe Pass security feature. Turn off the Safe Pass feature in your Bank of America online account and log out. Refresh the Pageonce data. You will then be asked your challenge questions. Enter the answers. After that, your account info should load.

I added my bank, but received an error message.

Some banks require additional security to log in. You have received this message because there is some type of action you must perform directly within your account before Pageonce can access your account on your behalf. For example, it's possible that when you log into a certain site, the provider may have placed a blocking advertisement page which you must click to approve before you can continue onto the site. Another example might be when your provider asks you to update your personal information upon log in. If none of these options work for you, please contact us via email, support@pageonce.com.

Why can't I find my credit card account?

If you can't find your credit card account, do a search for the card issuer (Wells Fargo, MBNA, Bank of America, HSBC etc.) instead of searching for the generic term "Visa" or "MasterCard." If you still cannot find your account, it may not be available yet. To request a new provider, please go to Settings, Help, Request a Provider. Enter your information in the window that appears. New accounts will be added based on popularity; you will be notified once your account is supported.

What if I can't find my provider? How do I request a new provider?

If your account provider does not appear in the list of existing providers, please submit a provider request; go to Settings, Help, Request a Provider. Enter your information in the window that appears. New accounts will be added based on popularity; you will be notified once your account is supported.

How do I add an account?

1.Choose "Add Account".
2. Select your account from our most popular list or begin typing your provider's name in the search bar provided (for example: AT&T Wireless, Wells Fargo, Netflix etc.).
3. Choose your account from the list that appears and complete the form that appears.
4. Click "Add Account" (Remember Pageonce will never see the usernames and passwords that you enter in this form.) Your account will then appear on your page.

How do I refresh my accounts?

Pageonce refreshes all accounts one time daily, with email and social networking accounts refreshing upon log in. To manually refresh your accounts, go to the Account Details screen and select the "Refresh" option. Subscribers to Pageonce Gold have the ability to refresh all accounts from the overview screen.

I can't find my account provider, what should I do?

To submit a request for a new account provider, go to the settings section of your application and open the help/support area, then fill the provider request form. We update the system with new providers on a regular basis, based on the request popularity.

Some of my bills don't have a pay button.

Why did my payment fail?

You can tap the "Failed" button to see more details.

Most payment failures are caused by one of the following reasons:

- Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) – this is similar to a "bounced check." This happens when you try to pay more than is available in your bank account. Please note that while Pageonce doesn't charge you for NSF, your bank may. Please refer to your bank for details.
- Your bank did not authorize this specific payment or does not allow Bank payments in general.
- Your biller refused the payment. Please contact your biller for more information.
- To protect you from accidental double-payments, Pageonce may reject identical payments (same dollar amount to the same biller) made immediately after each other.

No, you can only pay bills with an amount due that is greater than $0.

Where can I find my routing number and account number?

You can find this information located at the bottom of one of your checks.

Why did I get an error when I entered my bank routing number?

Please double-check your bank routing number – it should be nine digits. We validate the routing number you enter against a database with the routing numbers of all U.S. banks.

Please double-check your bank account number. This bank account number must match the account you added to Pageonce.

Why do I need to enter my biller account number for some of the billers and not for others?

For many billers, Pageonce is able to use the account number provided with your bill details. In some cases, this information is not available and you will need to enter it manually.

Why can't I pay a bill from a bank account I already set up?

To pay from a bank account, you need to have more money available in the account than the amount you are paying, and Pageonce needs to have access to the account (for example, if you changed your bank account password and have not yet updated it in Pageonce, you will not be able to pay the bill until your account is updated in Pageonce).

How often does Pageonce update my accounts?

The balance for all of your Pageonce accounts is automatically retrieved every 24 hours. You can also tap "Refresh" to get real-time account balances.

How can I cancel a payment?

All payments are final – please contact your biller about their refund policy.

How long does it take for a payment to post?

Once you submit a payment, Pageonce verifies your payment authorization with your bank and then securely submits it to the Biller. This posting process usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on your bank, biller, and the time the payment was submitted.

How do I know that my bill has been paid?

After you make a payment, Pageonce will email you a receipt. Check Pageonce for payment status updates, or contact support@pageonce.com or phone support with your payment reference ID (available on the receipt displayed when you complete bill payment, and on the receipt you receive by email) if you require assistance.

Currently, only valid United States bank accounts can be used to make payments. We plan to add credit card payments to our service in the near future.

You can pay your bill anytime. However, most financial institutions only process payments on business days and any payments made after 5pm PT will be processed the next business day.

Why do you need my full name, zip code and phone number?

Before you can use Pageonce to make payments, we need to confirm your identity. We protect this information with bank-level security and will never sell your personal information.
