Is Pageonce safe?Yes, Pageonce is safe. We do not have access to any of your personal information, usernames or passwords. We simply serve as the platform for you to access your accounts. All your data is encrypted with a 256-bit encryption level and the data exchanged with Pageonce.com is encrypted with 128-bit SSL in order to create a highly protected connection between users and Pageonce.com's servers. How safe and secure are the passwords I store in Pageonce?For security purposes, Pageonce disables the auto login option for all the financial institutions it supports. Additionally, all credential information is highly encrypted and remains in a closed system which means no one, including our own employees can decrypt the password. Pageonce has the ability to save a password or delete it, but we can never read one. Has Pageonce ever been hacked?Pageonce has never been hacked. Our credibility relies on the security of your information. We treat security with the utmost importance, both for our sake and yours. Will Pageonce ever share or sell my information?Your privacy is not for sale: Pageonce will NEVER (now or in the future) share any personally identifiable information we collect from our users with any 3rd party. Why does Pageonce need my bank login information?Pageonce needs your online banking username and password so that we can help you manage and oversee your accounts. This information enables us to establish a secure connection with your online finance accounts. What happens if I lose my smartphone?If you ever lose your smartphone, you can use our "Remote Data Destruct" feature via your account at www.pageonce.com to disable the access of any account information from the missing device. To do this, simply sign into the Pageonce web application, go to "Settings" then to "Delete My Account". This will remove the Pageonce account associated with your smartphone immediately and permanently so that no one can access your data. What if someone obtains my Pageonce login information, can they access my accounts and make any transactions?Pageonce services are a "read only" service as we only provide you with a view of your transaction information. This means that the Pageonce's system cannot manipulate any of the information in your accounts. Your user names and passwords are never displayed after you enter them during the setup process. How is Pageonce free? What's the catch?Pageonce is focused on building a great service that everyone will use. As any other commercial company, Pageonce plans to generate revenue resulting from advertisements and promotions. How do I turn off automatic sign-in on my browser?If you check-mark the "Remember me" box when logging into Pageonce online, you will automatically be logged into your account every time you open www.pageonce.com. To turn-off automatic log in, simply Sign Out. Moving forward, you will then always be asked to re-enter your log in data upon visiting our site. What happens to my data if I delete accounts linked to Pageonce?Once you delete an account in Pageonce, the information is wiped clean from our server forever and rendered completely unusable even in the event of a compromise. Does Pageonce do anything to protect me against identity theft?Pageonce will help you identify and avoid identity theft. The Pageonce event feeds that you see in your account help to identify any unusual activity in any of your accounts. You can easily review these on a daily basis and respond to them as needed. In addition, Pageonce accesses and manages all the accounts you connect to it, thus reducing the risk of being involved in any phishing incidents where someone may be attempting to fraudulently access one of your online accounts. I can't add my Bank of America Account.If you can't add your Bank of America account, chances are you are using the Safe Pass security feature. Turn off the Safe Pass feature in your Bank of America online account and log out. Refresh the Pageonce data. You will then be asked your challenge questions. Enter the answers. After that, your account info should load and you will be asked to give each account a label. I added my bank, but received an error message.Some banks require additional security to log in. You have received this message because there is some type of action you must perform directly within your account before Pageonce can access your account on your behalf. For example, it's possible that when you log into a certain site, the provider may have placed a blocking advertisement page which you must click to approve before you can continue onto the site. Another example might be when your provider asks you to update your personal information upon log in. If none of these options work for you, please contact us via email, support@pageonce.com. Why can't I find my credit card account?If you can't find your credit card account, do a search for the card issuer (Wells Fargo, MBNA, Bank of America, HSBC etc.) instead of searching for the generic term "Visa" or "MasterCard." If you still cannot find your account, Pageonce may not support it, in which case you can request a new provider be added. To request a new provider, please go to Settings, Help, Request for a New Account. Enter your information in the window that appears. New accounts will be added based on popularity; you will be notified once your account is supported. What if I can't find my provider?
